Helen’s Song lyric prompt for today is lost. I selected Dreams by Fleetwood Mac, written by Stephanie Nicks. The hook lines in the lyrics for the prompt are from the first and third stanza…
“In the stillness of remembering what you had
And what you lost, and what you had, and what you lost”
The lyrics are part of the video, so you can read them as you listen. Great song
Look both ways and listen for the thunder when it’s raining.
If you mind the gaps, ‘you’ll know, you will know, you’ll know.’

Love this song! In the stillness of remembering … I am in a perpetual state of remembering. Great choice!!

The first song that came to mind with this prompt was Michael Buble’s “Lost”. I’d send ya the link but don’t know how from my phone. My hubby dedicated the song to me back in 2013 during a difficult time. It’s the kind of song a woman needs to hear from the man she loves. I’m a lucky girl. You have a good Sunday, Bill.
